Sheldon Schlabach, P.E. has been with Engineering Associates, Inc. since 2000 and became a principal in 2008.  He has been the lead roadway designer for numerous transportation projects in the preliminary planning and final design phases.  He is familiar with all aspects of roadway design including horizontal and vertical geometry, intersections, drainage, hydraulics/hydrology, signing and pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic.  His design experience includes highways, interstate widening, bridge rehabilitation/replacement, culvert replacements, bike paths, drainage studies, railroad grade separations, intersection and safety improvements, noise walls, design build, and resurfacing projects for ODOT and other local government clients.  He has taken numerous ODOT and other transportation planning classes and is familiar with ODOT’s Project Development Process and other regulatory agency planning and design requirements.
