Lodi Wastewater Treatment Plant, Lodi, Ohio

Engineering Associates, Inc. provided services including the preliminary report, detailed design, construction administration, and construction observation for a major upgrade and expansion to the existing treatment plant providing treatment for 0.800 million gallons per day based upon average daily flow and up to 4.330 million gallons per day based upon peak wet weather flow. The project included new influent pumping, preliminary screening, grit removal, aeration tanks, aerobic digesters, tertiary filters, UV disinfection, phosphorous removal, septage receiving, sludge pumping, sludge dewatering, control building and tertiary filter building as well as conversion of existing units to clarifiers and flow equalization. The construction cost was $6.18 million.
